When you make a purchase from our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address and email address.

ARTICLE 4 - THE ONLINE STORE
The online store is available at www.emmanuellejane.com.
Our application uses Supabase for authentication and the management of account and order data.
Payment:
Payment redirects to Stripe Checkout. The information needed for payment is processed on the provider’s page. The store receives the transaction references and status to track the order.
ARTICLE 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies concerning the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.

BROWSER STORAGE
The site uses browser storage for purposes including:
- Cart: keep the selected items and quantities locally.
- Language: record the language choice made on the site.
- Destination: keep the selected delivery country during the browser session.
- Visit statistics: record a session identifier to track page views.
- Authentication: keep the account login session.
Visit measurement records the pages viewed, the referring site, browser and device information, a session identifier and, when available, the identifier of the signed-in account. It calls ipapi.co to obtain an approximate location from the IP address; the returned country and city may be recorded with the visit.
Your browser settings allow you to clear this storage. This may reset your cart and preferences.

By using this website, you declare that you have reached at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependants in your care to use this website.
